The accommodation is centrally located and well-served, just a 9-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from Piazza Dei Miracoli. The hospital is a 15-minute drive away. The bus stop is right outside the apartment, providing easy access to the entire city. Free parking is available 10 minutes away, or there's a paid street parking available.

The apartment is located on the first floor and does NOT have a lift.

Our Piano Suite apartment was designed to offer you a truly prestigious stay, where modern comfort blends with a musical and relaxing atmosphere.

The Suite consists of:
• Living Room with Open-Plan Kitchen: A spacious, modern, and expertly furnished space. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for relaxing. The refined and functional open-plan kitchen is perfectly integrated into the living area. It is also fully equipped with an induction stovetop, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and espresso machine.

• Double Bedroom: The true heart of the suite. The room boasts a sumptuous king-size bed with a built-in topper for a restful night's sleep and a second Smart TV. The space is enhanced by a piano, lending a unique and poetic character to the room. There is also a dedicated desk, designed for those who need a functional workspace (Smart Working) without sacrificing elegance.

•Sensory Master Bathroom: A true oasis of well-being. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a waterfall showerhead, integrated with a chromotherapy and nebulization system to rejuvenate body and mind. For a truly immersive experience, the room is equipped with a dedicated Bluetooth audio system, allowing you to listen to your favorite music while surrounded by an atmosphere of lights and steam.
In the bathroom there is a washing machine located inside a dedicated compartment.

The entire apartment is served by high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. The climate is managed by an air conditioning system with two silent split units (one in the master bedroom and one in the living room), while the heating is automatically controlled.

The apartment offers self check-in (after 3:00 PM). All details will be automatically sent a few days before your arrival.
Access to the apartment is via a shared door that opens onto a small entrance hall monitored by a security camera.
