The accommodation is centrally located and well-served, just a 9-minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from Piazza Dei Miracoli. The hospital is a 15-minute drive away. The bus stop is right outside the apartment, providing easy access to the entire city. Free parking is available 10 minutes away, or there's a paid street parking available.

The apartment is located on the first floor and does NOT have a lift.

Our Violin Suite apartment was designed to offer you a truly prestigious stay, where modern comfort blends with a musical and relaxing atmosphere.

The Suite consists of:
• Living Room with Open-Plan Kitchen: A spacious, modern, and expertly furnished space. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for relaxing. The space is enhanced by a violin on display, lending a unique and poetic touch to the space. The refined and functional open-plan kitchen is perfectly integrated into the living area. It is also fully equipped with an induction stovetop, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and espresso machine.

•Double Bedroom: The room boasts a sumptuous King Size bed with integrated topper for uncompromising rest and a second Smart TV. There is also a dedicated desk, designed for those who need a functional workspace (Smart Working) without sacrificing elegance.

•Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a generous shower with shower head, located in front of a bright window which gives it a particular elegance.

• A spacious terrace accessible from the living room, furnished with a wrought-iron table and two chairs, is perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif al fresco. A retractable awning can be used to shelter you. A washing machine and clothesline are available at the rear of the terrace.

Comfort and Technology:
The entire apartment is served by high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. The climate is managed by an air conditioning system with two silent split units (one located in the master bedroom and one in the living room), while the heating is managed automatically.

The apartment offers self check-in (after 3:00 PM). All details will be automatically sent a few days before your arrival.
Access to the apartment is via a shared door that opens onto a small entrance hall monitored by a security camera.
